This policy explains what information National Trades Institute ("NTI"), a trade name of Ian Cushing, collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password.
• Study details you provide: your state, trade, and planned examination date.
• Usage: practice exam results and progress, and basic site analytics (pages visited, device and browser type).
• Payments: handled entirely by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To provide the course, track your progress and build your study plan.
• To send account and course emails, including reminders timed to your exam date.
• To send occasional emails about other NTI programs and selected partner offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To improve our materials and site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (payment processing, hosting, email delivery and analytics), or when required by law. Partner offers are links you choose to follow; we do not pass your information to those partners.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal and tax records. You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@nationaltradesinstitute.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights, which we honor upon request.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 16.
